Stephanie Kwok's Biography

Hello everyone! I am Stephanie Kwok and I was born in 2010. I have learnt to play the flute and piano since I studied in kindergarten in Hong Kong. Originally, I learnt to play the flute just because I wanted to learn something new. However, as I grow up, I absolutely enjoy to do so, and I can feel that my interest and love for music grow as well. In 2023, I have finally achieved the ABRSM Grade 8 Flute. In order to gain experiences and train my courage, I participated in competitions and was awarded with some prizes on my flute performance.

 

I won the First place of the HK Students Open Music Competition in 2017. Internationally, I got Gold Medals in the 2021 Quebec Music Competition Online International, and in the 2022 and 2023 Vienna Music Examination Board International Competitions. Every year, I participate in the Hong Kong Music School Festival, too. I was the Winner of Primary School Junior in 2019. I also won the Second place of Primary School Senior in 2021 and 2022, and the Third Place of Secondary School Senior in 2023.

 

Currently, I am a member of the flute ensemble, TUTTI FLUTTI, and I play the Alto Flute. I find joy and pleasure in working together to play beautifully-written pieces and I am looking forward to performing with other members in the future! Thank you!
